Heat is subjective to personal tastes. Some people eat the Medium and say “Whoa, that’s HOT!”, and the Double-X just isn’t hot enough for others.
If you are new to hot sauce, stay in the Introductory levels (Mild, Medium, and Hot). If you love a deep burn, go for the Experienced levels (X-Hot, Double-X, XXX).
Of course, the best way to get a sense of the levels of heat is to try them all.
The shelf life for these hot sauces is one year prior to opening. They are made with all natural ingredients, with no extracts or preservatives. We recommend refrigerating after opening.

Each batch of hot sauce is made in our own FDA regulated facility, in quantities of less than 150 bottles. We do not outsource production to a food factory. These truly are made in small batches.
These hot sauces are not fermented. They are classified as an acidified-food, and subject to strict FDA regulations. We acidify and pasteurize all our sauces to ensure high levels of safety that prevent the growth of harmful bacteria and pathogens.
Your order will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase, via USPS. We reserve the right to delay shipment due to inclement weather (extreme heat or cold) to make sure your sauces arrive without damage.
Under no condition will we accept returns, though you can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.
Most orders are shipped via USPS Flat Rate boxes. Free shipping is available when ordering $30 or more.
