Two Flavor Blends: Original and Smoked
These six levels of heat are available in two different flavor blends. The Original has flavors that are bright and fruity, with prominent notes of pepper. The Smoked provides a deeper and darker flavor profile, which comes from having half of the pepper content smoked with hickory wood chips.
Introductory Level Gift Set
These sauces are made for those who like great flavor and want to dabble a little heat on.
This set features the Mild, Medium, and Hot levels of heat. The Mild is made with serrano peppers, and is a bit warmer than a typical table sauce such as Tobasco (though much more full of flavor!). The Medium is made with habanero peppers, and has a heat similar to Sriracha. The Hot is made with ghost peppers (don’t be scared), and definitely kicks the heat up.

Experienced Level Gift Set
These sauces are made for those who truly love a deep burn. We use whole peppers (not extracts!).
This set features the X, Double-X, and XXX levels of heat. The Xis made with ghost and scorpion peppers, and is much hotter than the Hot. The Double-X has twice the heat as the X, and is made with ghost, scorpion, reaper, and habanero peppers. The XXX doubles the pepper content of the Double-X; it is currently the hottest sauce we make.
