X-Hot Smoked Ghost and Scorpion Pepper Hot Sauce
This smoked extra-hot sauce is hand-crafted in small batches, using only fresh, all-natural ingredients, grown by local farmers who are known for their exceptional produce.
The Smoked X-Hot sauce is made with more ghost peppers than our Hot. It has a small addition of scorpion peppers (which can be twice as hot as ghost peppers).
This X-Hot sauce is getting into the heat range for The Experienced. The scorpion pepper has a sharp upfront sting, which is backed by the longer burn of the ghost. If this one isn’t hot enough for you, then you are certainly ready for the Double-X or XXX.

As you taste this extra hot smoked sauce, you will notice fruity notes of flavor from the ghost peppers and peaches, along with a sharp bite from scorpion peppers. The rich base provides the savory taste of garlic, the sweetness of honey, and the acidic tang of salt and apple cider vinegar.
Our smoked hot sauces start with the same great blend as the Original variety. Smoking half of the peppers imparts a slightly darker depth of flavor, though it does not overwhelm the flavor balance. We believe that great taste comes from great ingredients, so we never use liquid smoke or pepper extracts.
