All of our sauces start with a delicious base, made with carrots, onions, garlic, peaches, and honey. Flavor ALWAYS comes first. We then introduce different types of hot peppers to create the various levels of heat.

Made with ripe red Serrano peppers, it is an introductory level sauce has a modest amount of heat. It is loaded with flavor, and hotter than a typical table hot sauce. This makes a great every day hot sauce. Formulated for those who want a little bit of a kick with a lot of good flavor. Approximate heat level ~2,400 Scoville Units
A habanero hot sauce that is fruity with peaches, floral with honey, having a deep undercurrent of garlic, and the lingering burn of habanero.
Approximate heat level ~15,600 Scoville Units
The Hot-level hot sauce kicks it up a notch, with the addition of ghost peppers (don’t let that scare you). It is a well-balanced hot sauce that features fruity-tasting ghost peppers to deliver extra heat, and provide a deeper and longer burn. It is hot, without being super hot.

So I’m a guy who loves his hot sauce, and this is definitely one of the very best I’ve had. I didn’t realize you could make such a delicious hot sauce with with so few ingredients, some of them being peaches, carrots, and honey, which makes for a delicious sweetness that doesn’t overpower the spice too much. 10/10 I love this sauce. It so full of flavor and as the heat increases the flavor never gets lost. The heat is clean, there is no vinegar aftertaste, and as I said the flavor comes through.

I bought this because I haven’t seen many serrano pepper hot sauces. It’s good stuff. I’m impressed because with the mild I could taste all the ingredients, nothing was so strong that it overpowered everything else and they were all delicious flavors. It’s a little sweeter than I’m used to but not so much that it’s off putting. I will definitely buy more when I run out.

Might be my favorite hot sauce. The flavors of the peppers shine brilliantly and aren’t overshadowed by a pronounced rolling, lingering burn. This is not “Iowa Hot”, this has good heat. In comparison to the “Smoked HOT”, the smoked X-Hot only has slightly more noticeable heat but comes with a richer pepper flavor. I’ve been sipping on spoonfuls while writing this, it’s that flavorful on its own. I’m excited for the Double-X. Now I gotta go make myself a margarita.

The Habanero Medium is my Personal Favorite, it has the nice kick right at the beginning, but settles really nice, SO GOOOOD!!! The Hot Ghost is A Delicacy For Sure!!! For The Thrill Seekers!!! I still need to try the Mild and Medium flavors from my three pack, but I think Hot is being added to my list of everyday go to sauces. Ansel doesn’t add capsaicin extract to his products so while the Hot flavor has ghost peppers as its source of heat it doesn’t assault your face like it’s trying to be a competitor in the bear spray market.
Hot is a sweet tasting sauce that features the ghost pepper’s fruitiness and uses its spiciness in harmony with the flavor. The heat isn’t right there in front but more a slow after burn on the tongue.
